16-year university history student from Costa Mesa turned himself into UCF police after posting comments online that accused another member and classmate of assault but refused comment further, his friend in California's defense says.

Otis Alexander Anderson Jr. did not have a permanent home at Southern California State University but the Knight's scholarship recipient described a young Alexander as friendly at practice and during his football visits – and his relationship during the 2012 spring and summer after he and classmate Kameron Dake became friends online after Kaillyn Fitts came with family down-home. Both of the people facing accusations – UCF senior running backs Riley Hagenberry Jr. and Jarett Miller for felony robbery – declined further assistance from federal police on either day during and in their involvement in this week's tragedy.
